Food was authentic and staff was really nice. I ordered the molcajete and it was so flavorful. My husband ordered the mole enchiladas and the mole was so tasty. The rice and beans were super good too. Will definitely be back.
This is out favorite local restaurant. Friendly service, with great food. All priced right.
I love it! I love the staff! I love the food! I love everything excepting wish you had more desert choices. That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars.
The front of the building from the outside gives the impression it's a small hole in the wall but the second you walk in that all changes. The first thing you see is the bar which is in its own room away from the main dining area. Then heading down a short hallway you'll pop out into the main restaurant. The unique layout of the place just feels different which made me feel comfortable right away. The salsa was good, the food was good and fast and the prices were great. Hard to beat that. It's a great alternative to a franchised Mexican restaurant, I'm definitely going again. This will probably be my go-to for Mexican food from now on.
The service was Good. But the food was terrible. I think I've officially given up looking for authentic Mexican restaurants in Washington :(
I ordered shrimp tacos and I wasn't sure if it was a joke but they served me 2 hard shell tacos with probably 3 shrimp in them, lettuce tomato and a few pieces of shredded cheese. This is the first time I've ever seen tacos like this at Mexican restaurant. I mean in all fairness they didn't have shrimp tacos on the menu and the server was nice enough to say they could make them. So thanks for that :)
