Golden India Curry House

Had the lunch buffet. The selection is small but tasty and the price was also very reasonable. One downside is that I did find a small piece of plastic in my food, but mistakes happen. It's not the best I've ever had, but I would come back.

Ordered delivery. Very average. Lamb kebabs were above average; chicken tikka masala was average; plain naan had good texture and chew but I have yet to find naan that survives delivery well - would like to try it dine-in sometime. The saag paneer, however, was tragic. Far too much cream and oil, mushy/crumbly cheese, and so salty that we couldn't finish it.

I know it's a new place, and the naan could have been really good if we'd gone there, but the meh chicken tikka masala and inedible saag make this a generous 3* for me.

I want to give 2 stars but this place is recently opened and I want to give the management some time to parse and incorporate constructive feedbacks, so 4 stars for now. This is a spacious and nice place. The staffs were kind and respectful. Food was "below par" though when I went here to try the lunch buffet recently. The garlic naan that came by was really good, and they gave free refill as well upon request. The meat was over cooked on some of the non-veg receipes. The veg curries like makhani, aaloo tasted good. Dessert was "okay". The Jamun had some bad smell to it, so left it behind after a bite. I have been to some really good indian buffets, so this is below par for me. YMMV...
