Hunan style noodle place with the friendliest staff and amazing food. This place is a gem and everything on their menu is delicious. Started with their most popular dishes like the fish and noodle soups. It was so good I’ve already come back 4 times to venture into the rest of their menu. Everything I’ve tasted so far has been amazing.

So many things to say. First, we dined in rather so, if you take out, your experience may differ. Second, we ordered not just noodles but a number of items from the menu including both the chicken and the fish. We had *way* too much food but enjoyed all of it. There is just so much work involved in each fish and each chicken but dishes like this are simply not available in the U.S. If you often eat in Chinese restaurants in the US, please set your expectations aside. This is not the "standard fare" but is a real treat. Experience broadly!

We had a good dining experience here! The portion is generous! My kid loves the sweet sour squirrel fish(松鼠桂鱼)so much. All ingredients are fresh and my personal favorite is pepper dating pork bung(尖椒大肠). The place is very clean and the staff was friendly. We will come back for more dishes!

Have been here a few time since they soft open in April finally leave a review. I love the handmade hand-pulled noodles and so far this restaurant is the best! My favorite is House Chili Noodle, my 2 years boy love the beef noodles and always want to eat more!! BTw, the lamb & Pork bung are SUPER!!! Pork hock to go with the order is still juicy and flavorful, my hubby loves it. The owner tell me how important she wants to present the real Chinese food to her customers. Highly recommend!!

This newly opened noodle house offers authentic Chinese noodle and dishes from northern China. No MSG is added, but the taste is amazing. We just had a dinner there and we are really impressed with the service and food! We strongly recommend to try their hand made noodles, the soup is not super spicy as other noodle place, so the flavor shine and is amazing. The fish dish is super delicious. Highly recommend!
