Old Country Buffet

Man I loved this place me an my family use to go here all the time when we were growing up, the other old country buffet in fed suck not enough options and don't even offer non of the same menu as the one in Kent did. Open em back up quit playing with people.

The Old Country Buffet in Kent offers a very wide variety of food, so that a special selection process seems necessary for the meal. In a regular restaurant, we have to order from a menu, and our selection is based on printed words only. The buffet style allows a better choice. The printed menu can be replaced by a taste-testing starter plate. This initial plate is used for the tasting of small samples that look good and have not been evaluated in our prior visits. We then continue another plate with small samples again or get larger portions of winners in the taste test. Using this process, we have always enjoyed our meals in Kent.

I was a little confused one time we were there the server said they had to get our drinks , but when we came with another couple a week later we were told to get our own. (CONFUSED) I also want to say that the little skillets do not have enough meat and lots of potatoes so that was only tried once by myself and the other gentleman with us. I will just go back getting my own meat and fillers I know you are counting on the fillers. I did like the individual desserts they were a big HIT it is like we all get a corner piece plus you can put ice cream on top.

For what it is this place is great! Service was good. Always greeted with a smile at the door. Food is always plentiful and clean food areas. Not to mention the military deals are awesome. I enjoy going ever couple weeks with my family for family night. This place is doing a good job! Keep it up!

I love going here mainly for breakfast! All you can eat BACON for when I want to treat myself. And ice cream in the morning. Endless food and delicious desserts! Going to this place makes me feel like I'm 9-years-old all over again.
