    This Northern Chinese restaurant is a hidden gem in an otherwise unremarkable strip mall. Such a delicious treat for Chinese that are looking for a taste of North Chinese cooking. While Seattle is filled with southern Chinese restaurants, this one stands out for it authentic and home style food. Run by an husband and wife team, their food will bring back food memories of nostalgia.

    I love all their simmered food! It’s an authentic Chinese restaurant. Simmered food is great for take outs. You can ask for it be put in a vacuumed package for longer preserved time.
