Shari's Cafe and Pies

Customer service excellent, beautiful and nice waitstaff, and my food was perfect the first time. I usually have to send my food back at least once. Not at Shari's first impressions are important. Thank You for such awesome service at Shari's I was there the evening of 2/13/20.

I was shocked that a simple salad costs nearly $ 5.
An 3 egg omelette cost $ 13.50 for a 4 item basic omelette. Not many choices or description of any thing but they have pictures that are true to what they actually make. Portion sizes have been cut while prices are all above $11 for a food item.

Amazing service! Food was phenomenal!
I really wish the staff did not have to face such an uphill battle set by management though.
As a former fsrm I understand the need to control costs due to inventory loss. However. Locking up all of your stock with no way for your graveyard staff to access it hurts your customers and therefore your sales. I would have LOVED to buy a few whole pies last night. Specifically banana. But no. They were all under lock. Which is absurd. I would love to hear from the general manager about this.

I was in the mood for pancakes at lunch and found this place. The food was decent. The bacon wasn't all that great and the sausage link was a little weird. I also ordered the biscuits and gravy. It was a spin on the traditional with cheddar pepper biscuits. Not too bad. The eggs were nice with the included cheese and ham. Overall it was an okay experience.
