Adorable location with great food and service. Wasabi was really strong, not what I'm used to, but if you like that then go for it. :)
My girlfriend's favorite sushi place. You might have to wait a little while, but the kind old man is a professional and the prices cannot be beat anywhere! And that creamy wasabi is the most potent I've ever had. A little goes a long way!
Kazu is a master of his craft, I cannot effectively articulate my affection for this establishment and the care put into the food. I encourage any who are curious about sushi -even those that have decided they do not like it- to go in have a cup of hot green tea and try the artistry of this great mans work.
My favorite sushi places. Fish is fresh, prices are low and never rushed. Great mom n pop shop.
I've been wanting to dine here for a couple years. It served up a nice plate of nostalgia. Sitting there I remembered that as a kid, around '92, going into this location when it was a comic shop and the good times had....
The place is tiny and that is being generous. The sushi is awesome. I usually order the omakaze then circle back on the good stuff but not this time. The amount of food took me off guard. I had to work at it but I didn't leave anything there.
There's only 1 person working and if there's a group of people before good luck I hope you're not really hungry.
I can't wait to go back.
