Customer service was more than exceptional that it was too surreal. Southern hospitality with a Seattle twist. Great quick bite and bang for the buck. Suggestion is not to go at breakfast or lunch at prime peak time. Go an hour later and you'll be in and out.

I like almost everything here. Occasionally you will get something off, but it's pretty rare. My favorite is a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I don't know why, but the waffle fries are amazing. Depending on which location they will have varying amounts of salt though. I always get the lemonade, it's nice and tart but a little too sweet.

Breakfast options are great, there's a good variety. I really like the chicken minis, those little buns are great alone with honey. I always replace the drink with a frosted coffee.

I Love that they take your drive-through order in person. It's very handy, and they take your credit card when you order. When you get to the window they just hand you your food and say thank you. I even asked for extra pickles after I placed my order and paid. They radioed ahead with the request. I got extra pickles without waiting the window. How cool is that?

I am giving 3 stars because my husband's sandwich was pretty pathetic. He ordered a spicy chicken and it was just the meat and bun. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was good, had lettuce and tomato on it also, seemed twice the size as my husband's. Maybe I just order better.
