Couzin's Cafe

Took two girlfriends who were visiting for brunch. I’m new to the area so still exploring. This place has the best restaurant pancakes I’ve ever had. We tried several different things on the menu and everything was delicious. I will definitely be going back!!

WOW! Great chicken fried steak breakfast. Handmade light and crisp. The sausage gravy has the right flavor, usually I have to add pepper. The hash browns where crispy yet soft in the center, and the sourdough toast was done light where it still has it chew to it. It is definitely family owned and has that family atmosphere. My new go to on the Eastside.

Couzin's cafe is a great small local diner. They have a good menu and the food is delicious. I normally go for their pigs in a blanket (dunno who they get their sausages from but they are amazing on their own), but this time I went for Georgie's kitchen sink scramble and it was delicious! My partner did the build your own omlette and subbed pumpkin pancakes for the plain, he loved it too. And there is so much food that comes on the plate, we're still working on leftovers!

I think Couzin’s Cafe is arguably one of the best breakfast/lunch restaurants in the whole Seattle area. The quality of food is just so great! The food is always delicious, cooked very well and tastes great every single time. The servers are nice and helpful. I enjoy their Buffalo Crispy Chicken Burger with some wheat toast on the side almost every week and it just never disappoints.
