(June 29, 2020, 5:13 pm)I always appreciate the top notch customer service at Starbucks.When using the app, I click the nearby me feature for a mobile order. Sometimes it doesn't always scroll automatically to the closest store without a gentle nudge, then I'm at the wrong store to pick up. Either way, when that happens, they are always happy to make me a new coffee despite my order sitting and waiting at another store for me. That's what customer service is all about.
