Hammer Lane Burgers & BBQ

Unassuming from the outside, full on BBQ on the inside. Excellent ribs, and some serious kick from the hot BBQ sauce. Definitely on my short list for some food either before or after some time on the slopes.
Went again. The California Burrito was over the top good. Definitely worth checking out.

Just a hole in the wall joint attached to a gas station. Great burger, and the onion rings were perfect. The right crispness, and the onion didn't all come out at once. Decent prices. If you're looking for a quick, inexpensive meal, skip the nearby fast food places and go to Hammer Lane.

Good place, especially when you consider that it's a burger/BBQ shop at a gas station, primarily catering truckers and other travelers across the pass. I can only speak for their burgers, sandwiches, and wraps, but those are delicious.

The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded sometimes, and it's fairly small inside. Then again, when so many people go there specifically (given that there are other, more conventional options in the adjacent parking lot across the road), that's how you know the food is actually good. Hopefully they'll expand over time.
