Twede's Cafe

It was a dream come true to sit in the same place as the cast of Twin Peaks from so many year ago. The food was excellent and enormous portion sizes for that you order. If you are a fan of food and the show, it's a short drive from Seattle to get this this cozy town. They really play on the shows fame and make constant references to the show in the menu and in the restaurant itself. I hope it continues to do well as it's a good establishment.
I know if I ever get to be back on this side of the country, I will make a stop here again.

This was a fun experience after spending the day at Snoqualmie Falls. This restaurant was featured in the TV show Twin Peaks. Three adults and two children fit in a booth. Our waiter was entertaining and gave us our onion rings gratis when he forgot them! (Approx. $9.00) we ordered 2 kids meals, a senior meal, and 2 reg burgers and fries. These items were generally normal burgers with an abundance of crispy creamy fries (mostly left behind). Then we were trying to save room for their special ice cream desserts - kid soft serve sundaes, pie á la mode, and milkshakes! These were again delicious, but much left behind!

Our bill was approx $100. So, the theme of this review is... Delicious food wasted at a hefty price! Great for a special treat.

The infamous Double R Diner from the cult classic TV series "Twin Peaks" still serves its legendary cherry pie and a damn fine cup of coffee. With all-day breakfast and a great selection of burgers and other American staples, this modest establishment is a favorite of locals and visitors alike.

On my first visit to Twede's after living in the area for over three years. Wonderful!! The portions are enormous and even for the "Half" items on the menu. Go hungry! Unlimited coffee refills and delicious food (breakfast). Sweet diner atmosphere and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!
