Con - they always forget my extra packets of mayo/Mustard
Con - they forget to cut my sandwich in half.
Con - this time my bread was a little hard, I couldn't eat the ends.

I love Jimmy Johns because the meat quality is good, the veggies are fresh, the bread is delicious. My favorite is the Italian night club. Tasty salami and ham with vinegar and olive oil and usual veg. Great with a bag of salt and vinegar potato chips. Never going back to Subway.

Jimmy John’s has it down pat. A fixed menu...make it right every time. I tend to like variation but if I am in the mood for a good sandwich I know exactly where to go. Made fresh every time. They have added whole wheat sub buns to basic white bun and wheat bread. I liked it! quick sandwiches, predicable prices, and they deliver too. I appreciate that they have the choices already made to make ordering easier. tasty stuff, and convenient location.

Sandwich was made to order (important when you have as many allergies as I do) and very delicious. Building was clean. There are two pick up counters for when your sandwich is done. I walked in with my cane clearly visible and sat next to one. They put my sandwich at the other one - clear across the building - and waited fifteen minutes to tell me it was done. I'm not expecting them to deliver it to my table, but putting it at the counter closer to me would certainly take very little time and be less painful for me.
