Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had a very good experience tonight. Even though it was crowded we were seated fairly quickly. Justin was our server and he was attentive but not overly. He was friendly and took good care of us. The food was good, also. Thank you.

Best service at this red robin. Came in on a Saturday night and everything was perfect and fast. My server was amazing, food was great and bottomless fries kept coming. I didn't even have to ask.
PS. Don't ever go to the Kent location.

It was a great B-Day dinner. Waiter was attentive and constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything and asking us if our food was ok. Many waiters/waitresses miss the mark with checking on their customers! Job well done...love Red Robin, so I'll be back!!

The service is always good; I have no problem with anyone who works there. Great folks. Tip em well, they work hard.

The food is mostly just okay, though. I just don't understand what the big appeal is meant to be. The burgers - that is, the patties - are kind of plain and they cover it up by heaping tons of stuff on there. Then it all drips out the back end when you take a bite and all you're left with is a bunch of bland beef. Who wants this? I don't know, maybe I ordered the wrong one. They're fine I guess.

Enjoy the sides, those are the real stars of the place. Good fried pickles. I like that barbeque mayo sauce.

Not a bad place at all... Sweet potato fries were very nice with a good burger for the price you cant go wrong. My daughter added a couple of salads and we were set for sure. Just your typical joint they refilled everything twice. Service was alright... They carded everyone even the old guy me.... In and out stuffed for $60 bucks with drinks... its a good place to go later in the evening. Add a egg on any burger its all good!
