Sushi Cafe

All the good reviews and high prices I really thought this was place would be good. The sushi took forever it almost seemed like they prioritized the people who looked like they had more money to spend. Presentation was pretty mediocre for a roll as simple as a California with barely enough sesame seeds on top, messy as well. There was a weird rubber thing at the bottom of one of my pieces of sushi. Maybe from a glove? The taste is extremely bland. Conveyer belt sushi is your best friend, don’t eat here.

Excellent sushi. Friendly service. They get busy on the weekends so plan accordingly. They also offer take out.

The Sushi Cafe has some really creative and delicious roll options both in the raw or cooked categories. They do have delivery through a couple of the doordash like applications but I would not recommend it because you want to be able to eat their fish very freshly. My reasons for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service can be hit-and-miss depending on how busy it is, if it's very slow I think they send home some of their servers and the one that is there is not very attentive sometimes. The other reason is that it is fairly expensive. Otherwise it's pretty great and I would recommend it.

We ended up here after a work out, with 30 minutes til close. They didn't rush us at all and the food was phenomenal. Being that we are pescatarian, having tofu as an option for the noodle and rice dishes was amazing and the reason we wanted to check it out. Great food, great service.

Beautiful presentation and super fresh sashimi. These guys always take their time and do a wonderful job. I've been to a dozen other local sushi places but this is the one I always come back to.

Please keep in mind this is a fairly small restaurant (total seating for about 25 people) and if you want a table instead of the bar rail you're probably going to have to wait. I would say this place is ideal for parties of 2-4 since any bigger will be a considerable wait.
