Had a good experience at Water's Table and consistently delicious food. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Southport for a conference and dined at Water's Table for dinner once and drinks/appetizers on a separate day. Ordered the tomahawk steak for dinner to share - a bit more fat compared to meat than ideal but the meal itself was great. We ordered broccoli, mac and cheese, and the beet salad and all were great. Highly recommend the fish and chips - mainly for the fries that come with it! We went back on another day just for those fries.
We went out with a friend and tried the oysters on half shell, prawn skewer, gem salad, salmon and pork chops. Everything was really fresh and well prepared. Probably the best salmon we've had in a while. Sweet and mild, not fishy with excellent side dish. Pork chop was juicy and well seasoned. Service was excellent too.
Great evening at Waters table!
Lovely restaurant. Has a great view of the lake. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing.
Delicious! Staff were all friendly and helpful. We were there around peak dinner time so it was a little crowded, but we didn't have to wait more than ten minutes for our table. The bar was packed so it took a little while for our drinks to arrive, but we weren't in a hurry so this wasn't an issue for us. The food was all delicious - highly recommend the charcuterie board, as well as the pot roast. I'm not usually a dessert person but the chocolate and raspberry dessert was absolutely amazing, and just the right size.
First visit to Water's Table for lunch. Made reservations through Open Table for a birthday & were seated at a table overlooking beautiful Lake Washington. The restaurant is located in the new Hyatt Hotel in Coulon Park. It's just off the lobby of the hotel so the best parking is finding street parking near the front entrance. Unfortunately, I followed the self park signs which led to a garage with signs to the east & west elevators except you have no idea which elevator to take unless you know where the restaurant is located. It is definitely not the west elevators. It's a small menu, but it was not what was on their website. There's was an express option of soup, main entree, salad & cookie. It was a full size turkey club, chicken orzo soup, salad with blueberries, & a oatmeal raisin cookie. It was a good lunch choice, but nothing out of the ordinary. Next time I'll have to try other menu items. Service was attentive & friendly.
