Chicken katsu is good, kimchi is good. Be aware that the garlic fried chicken is wings. Customer service is great.
Korean Hawaiian spot that was pretty good. Had their spicy pork plate as well as their garlic chicken wings. Plate Sa's a good value as far as the price and amount of food. Chicken wings were fried perfectly and had good crisp. Taste was a bit bland, but it could have been this instance. My mom had them before and said they tasted better. I'm going to try the Korean fried chicken option next time.
This really is the spirit of aloha in a bowl. Korean-Hawaiian, to be exact.
I wish I took a picture of the bibimbop I had there. But it was half-devoured before I remembered that I should’ve take a picture. The bulgogi beef was not stringy or chewy like it was the end or tendon cut-offs; rather, it felt like good-quality skirt steak or thinly sliced stew meat.
My friend had a single-scoop poke bowl piled with all sorts of amazingly freshly made add-ons, including one that looked and tasted suspiciously like homemade kimchi and sunomono.
Good stuff.
Just wandered randomly out of the mega-IKEA and there it was.
Yes. I’m going back and will (try to) take pictures next time.
Good combination of Korean and Hawaiian style offerings. Bibimbap and Korean Fried chicken were “yummy”! Generous portions and the kimchi was good. Looking forward to trying the other menu items.
Had the garlic chicken and Korean fried chicken. One of the best I’ve had, chicken had a good amount of crisp, meat was juicy, and the sauce was good as well!
