The Shaking Beef dinner dish had the most incredible filet mignon. The sake-based sauce paired exquisitely with the cubed steak and onions. I added a bit of some red chili pepper sauce to heat up the dish a bit and the leftovers were just as excellent as it was hot off the wok! My only adjustment I might have preferred would have been some greens like broccoli or cabbage associated with the dish, but I will definitely get this again when I return to the Ramada!

Not a bad option for quick late night food. I enjoyed the Kimchee fried rice well enough, but the general consensus from my party was "alright."

We really enjoyed our lunch here. The food was really good and the service was above average. The general tsao was a bit tangier than I'm used to, but I enjoyed it. Their chicken fried rice had a lot more flavor than I expected, but it was more like egg fried rice. It was still good, but the egg was the most prominent flavor. The vinaigrette was a big surprise. That's a nice vinegar flavor and OH MY GINGER THAT'S GOOD! I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Try the spicy chicken wings. They are done in a Vietnamese style of vinegar base tangy garlic sauce. This appears to be a family run business with Vietnamese fusion influences. Don't try to order room service because they will tell you that you have and old menu and the prices are not right and we would have to pay cash. The minimum room service order would have to be $20. They say they are not affiliated with the hotel so you can't charge to your room. Dispite the above they do present some beautiful dishes.
