AQUA by El Gaucho

Another beautiful experience at Aqua. The service from the Valet through the front desk people who seat you and the servers is outstanding. Our server last night Kandra was excellent. Fun to talk to and her service level was the highest. Of course the views, ambiance and the food in the restaurant are the best.

Fine dining, great staff, tasty dishes and a view of the water as well. Can't get much better than this! We shared the large ocean platter for two and crab cakes for appetizers. Every single item was fresh, perfectly prepared and delicious. I mean every single item! Cannot say that very often! This was a perfect experience for us and we will come back for special occasions. We had a few special drinks and a perfect dinner experience for about $275.00. That includes a 20% gratuity automatically included. We found parking on the street that is free after 8pm but you can get valet parking for $12. I will use the valet parking next time, just to enhance the experience and shorten the walk.

Good but not worth the price premium. The dishes are prepared very well but they don’t have the freshest fish. My king crab was freezer burnt and the fish had also been frozen too long. Everything was good but not worth the cost. The venue is excellent and the views are beautiful. Service was very good.

I’ve been several times and it’s always a pleasure. The food is next level: creative, unusual, taste and texture experiences. I love the caprese, the Philly cheesesteaks and the olives multiple ways. Another standout are the caviar cones. It’s worth a trip over to the desert area where you should try the cloud - looks impressive and tastes amazing. Drinks are always great, too. Worth it if you’re looking for a place to treat yourself!

Was there for a private event, food was excellent, wine enjoyable. I have eaten here many times and its always good although it has been several years. It is a pricey option in an area where there are many many restaurants at lower cost. Yeah the view is great when outside but when seated not so much. Like me i would suggest doing this place once in a while.
