(February 23, 2020, 4:51 am)Was at the bar last night. GREAT customer service!!!! Nice, male bartender. Very pleasant. Nice ambience. All around great atmosphere!
I live in Belltown and plan to visit this bar again.
Oh, and I met Geyser!!!! So adorable!
After my visit, I called to see what VEGAN options the restaurant has. The guy who answered was VERY pleasant! The rice and beans (without cheese) are vegan. You can get vegan enchiladas with mushrooms; get the red sauce. Yum! I look forward to my next visit. This place is a breath of fresh air! -
(January 19, 2020, 2:06 am)One of the things I miss the most is proper, tasty Mexican food and Baja Bistro served that up in spades.
Homemade corn tortillas which were delicious and Puercos con Salsa Verde which was tender, melt in your mouth good.
Friends brought us here for lunch and we're already planning our next visit -

(September 24, 2019, 5:45 pm)Baja Bistro is always a great place for food and drink. Not super fancy. Just good. The bar is small, but always cozy. Best time to go is on a Sunday afternoon. They have really good happy hour drinks and food.
