Big Time Brewery & Alehouse

My husband and I discovered this wonderful brew pub on a recent hot Friday afternoon. It didnt look particularly special from the outside, but was very nice inside with some fun, quirky, decorative items. We sat at the bar and were immediately welcomed by a very friendly barman. He gave us a couple of samples in addition to the delicious IPA and cider we ordered. We commented on the lovely "tree slice" bar tables and learned he was the pub owner who had also made all the uniquely turned legs of the smaller bar tables. We took our son there for supper two days later and had very delicious food (burgers, turkey bacon sandwich, onion rings and fries). We already knew the brews were excellent and they were matched by the quality of the food, and the staff. If we are ever back in Seattle, we will definitely come back to this fantastic pub - Highly Recommended!

Two of the best beers I’ve had in Seattle. Would absolutely recommend the Kolsch 45 and Sour Smash. Great spot!

The most amazing and important place on the Ave! Glendon is absolutely spectacular and it’s always a joy to check in with Rick. If you have a big group or want to make great memories, this is your spot!!

This place used to be one of my favorites when I was in college. I do feel like I've outgrown it now that I'm out of school but that is more a product of being on the Ave but we dropped in this year during the street fair and it was fantastic. There are four different nachos on their menu and they are all excellent!

My son and I had an ideal time here. I asked about beer and reviewed great advice even my son agreed with.

I had a seltzer for the first time in my life, as suggested by Glenden the bartender, and finally received my sonss respect. I am so happy and glad.

Finally a bar I can bring my son too and I am a regular here now and you can't stop me.
