Costumer service is great, the breading on the chicken has a great crunch and seasoned well. They haven't been busy when I've been there.mac and cheese with Kim chi is pretty good. Only thing I wish they had more variety of veggies. Maybe some garlic broccoli or something.
Chicken was very crispy & delicious. A little spicy for me, but if you want freshly cooked crispy chicken with chili spice, then try this! & Yes! they have rice bowls! ????
I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and was highly disappointed. For 8 dollars you get a sandwich that is decent for air fried chicken. I was expecting more due to the fact of all the hype Ive heard online. For 8 dollars I felt empty, no fries or something to pair it. You have to buy the sides to your meal, so I guess I'm not used to that. The best part about my sandwich was the spicy aioli sauce and jalapeno slices.
Completely respectable Korean [inspired] fried chicken. And almost their entire menu is gluten free. Best deal is the $20 sampler which sends you on your way with a box of chicken, a biscuit, a drink, mac n cheese, one of each sauce, and a drink. Fed a family of four just fine. Tastes like fried chicken and hits the fried chicken spot that gluten sensitive/intolerant folk might have forgotten they had.
