Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Food was delicious, and the portions were huge. Every thing is family style, in 3 person or 5 person sizes. The 3 person one is likely enough for 4 adults. Food quality alone was 5 star. The first problem was no options or flexibility in size or mixing of dishes. The second was that the service was horribly slow, especially considering the bill. Took about 75min to get our food. I saw so little of our waitress i was only able to get one refill during the 2 hour time we were there. Had trouble just getting our check. I never tip low, but i felt she didn't even deserve the 10% tip we left. I frequently tip over 20% for good service. Finally the toilet i took my son too was so loose i was surprised it didn't leak around the seal. It is a shame such good food came out of such an otherwise bad experience.

Definitely an experience worth having. The restaurant itself is very kitchy and cute. The location is nice. Parking sucks, though, naturally. The prices are very good for the quantity of food you get. This is family-style dining, so it's difficult to get a variety of food if you're going as a couple, let alone by yourself. Expect to have lots of leftovers. Sadly, the food is just okay, if not less than. The pasta is quite underwhelming and there are lots of other better places to go if that's your interest.

It was great opportunity to spend our time together as a family, in a nice friendly and warm environment. Design of this restaurant is very different and interesting. Food quality is definitely on top. Love the customer service Neil was really friendly and helpful most of the time. Definitely recommend for buissness party, or just family gatherings.

Great service! They explained well how much the portions were! It was just the two of us and we were able to eat all of the 3 items we got, and we were full after. A bit too pricey but the food was fast to come to your table and it was good!

First off it's Downtown there is no parking u might get lucky and find a place on the street! After that there was a nice spot set for our party of 40. The service was pretty good considering all the commotion. They we quite accommodating. The food was ok. Don't know if we'd go back with the parking situation with my wife handicapped and all.
