Nice, clean diner. My daughter and I ate breakfast there, and it was quite good. The French toast was delicious, with cinnamon and vanilla. The hash browns were crisp, and the coffee was excellent. The service was leasurely -- not a place for a fast meal, but good for a relaxed one.
The eggs Benedict is really solid here. The bar atmosphere is great and open during breakfast if you don’t want to sit in the diner part.
We have driven by this establishment several times & finally decided to stop in because we also heard this was one of the oldest restaurants in seattle. The decor is super cute & inside which doesn’t match the outside so you will be surprised. We accidentally walked into the bar portion (they have a bar & a dinner) by accident so you can choose where you want to sit as well which parking lot you want to park in. The staff is REALLY NICE 😊. I thought I had ordered sausage & my breakfast came it had bacon she then brought me sausage & didn’t charge me for the two meats! So in al,l stop by this place even tho the entrance maybe difficult to maneuver with the bridge.
It’s like” CHEERS” The bar the same people been going to after work for years. Where everyone knows everybody, Drinks and food are made to order. It’s very humble with a blue collar feel. Cheers!
