Best Halo Halo out of Red Ribbon & Seafood City Grill.
I didn't realize how Filipino I was until I looked at the menu here and almost ordered everything in it. Lumpia. Shumai. Siopao. Extra crispy fried chicken. And it comes with pancit and white rice. Not the best quality, obviously, but it fulfills its purpose and it sure taste good initially. My 5 year old thought it was good, and is spoiled because he is always asking to go to the Seattle International District to get dim sum. The white rice was actually pretty decent. Not that long grain stuff. The food was served fast and it was hot. They didn't serve me any sweet & sour sauce. Maybe I had to ask for that because it's extra? Lumpia was small. And it was nothing like my mom's or my Tita's, but we ate it all. The siopao asado way surprising good. I have become accustomed to humbow here in Seattle, and this was a little different. Still good. All in all, decent, fast [Filipino] food and different from Jollibee who seems to be minimizing their menu options.
One of the best Filipino fast food places in the area! I grew up eating at Chow King and this place definitely does not disappoint! The halo-halo is my family and I's favorite!
filipino-chinese fast food, okay for a quick snack
