Cloudburst On Shilshole

Cloudburst, a local brewery, has a sweet spot along Shilshole with a good amount of room outside and a food truck parked outside at all times that serves dumplings and rice bowls called Plenty of Clouds. The service here is great, you can make reservations and they have rotating beers and specials. The prices are decent and the to go ones are still not too expensive, so bring a growler if you can to fill up on the way out.

What a lovely spot in Ballard! The food from the food truck was delicious, the beers were perfect, and Dave and Stacey were absolute champs. We felt super safe there and truly appreciate the efforts put forth during this time!

Every beer I've had from Cloudburst has been phenomenal! Last in to the Ballard brewery scene, but first in terms of quality. The only downside is their best beers go quick, so get there early! The Plenty of Clouds food truck in the adjacent open air courtyard is also some of the best food truck food in Seattle. A++++

This is a wonderful addition to the Ballard neighborhood. It's an easy place to bike up to, but I guarantee they are going to need more racks. Right now, you really need a reservation. Make a reservation. But if you happen to be nearby, go ahead and ask if they have room. The beer is amazing, the people are friendly. The sun is hot, the rain is wet, bring an umbrella ☔ if either of these conditions are possible. The food truck looks intriguing, but I haven't tried it yet.
