Amazingly fast service despite a big line. Friendly employees, and some of the most delicious fast food I've ever had. I had a Dick's deluxe, fries and a strawberry shake. It may be a tiny bit more expensive than the McDonald's down the street, but they pay their employees well, offer good benefits (including financial support for further education), and Dick's is a local institution. My only very minor complaint is that my fries were a little limp--they sure tasted good, though.
Dick's is a required stop anytime we're visiting the Seattle area. Sometimes a stop we make more than once. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is quick, and the prices are exceptional. For those not familiar with the place, expect a walk up counter experience. Bring it home or park and eat when it's rainy. It's always a great experience -- rain or shine!
Dick's is the one of the greatest fast food chains. It's locally owned, pays well, takes care of it's employees, and has food that won't upset my stomach. Not to mention the prices! So much food and so good for the local economy!
Definitely worth a visit. Burger was meh...but was only $1.60. Fries were great! Even better was the maple nut ice cream with hot fudge. Was excellent and costs nothing.
I love the nostalgia of the old fashioned drive in burger vibe. Burgers are good if not great. I love the fact that they treat their help well including educational benefits which is rare in today's vulture corporate atmosphere. They have me as a loyal customer.
