Delicious! We tried the Spicy Beef Lamen in Chili Sauce, the Pork and Shrimp Pan Fried Dumplings, and the Braised Beef Tendon Noodle Soup. Everything was tasty and hot. I loved the spicy noodles ‐ the sauce was spicy, but flavorful too. I always appreciate when spicy dishes aren't too single note. We'll definitely be back.

02/21/2020: Stopped in for lunch. Couldn't decide so I ordered green onion pancake, pork/chive pan fried dumplings, burdock root, spicy beef hand pulled noodlesin chili sauce, and fried chicken. Everything was delicious. The fried chicken was like popcorn chicken just a bit too salty. The hand pulled noodles were great. Loved the texture of the noodles. The chili sauce wasn't too spicy and had a nice chili flavor. Overall liked it.

This is their first month so the service was a bit slow. But the food, excellent. The sour sweet beef soup was tangy and flavorful. The boiled dumplings we a blast of flavor. And the prices are outstanding. Our family of three ate well for well under $50.

I was so excited when I heard this place is opening because I love noodles. I ordered the hot and sour beef noodle soup. It was really great. If your are a sourness fan like me you will love it. I also ordered the beef and onion dumplings and pork buns which I think it was their signature dish. I loved the texture of their beef and onions dumpling. Overall everything was great and waiter was really nice too. He
answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to you guys.

I was really excited to go to this place! I went today with my coworker, and I would say it was solidly okay. I tried a bite of her noodles from her beef dish, and it seemed well seasoned with good sauce. The onion pancake was good, too. My coworker didn't like the vegan dumplings, but I thought they were okay. The flavor was unexpected, but the texture was great. I got the tofu noodle soup, and unfortunately it lacked a lot of flavor (the broth tasted like water and the tofu was very bland). The server was very kind, and the tea was great.

All in all, my assessment is that the vegetarian dishes are 3/10 but the non-vegetarian are 6/10.
