Eltana has super friendly, welcoming staff! They have a wide variety of spreads for bagels, and they put a ton on the bagel which adds to the value. The bagels are smaller than other ones, but it’s still filling and the spreads are rich! The breakfast sandwiches are good and the contents spread past the bagel so it’s also very fulfilling. We love the cinnamon raisin with sugar and spice spread. They are very fast at orders and everyone is super helpful, thank you!! :)
Great bagels! Everything bagel is quite good. I'm a cream cheese fiend and they take it a little over the top, so I ask for 75%. WAY better than them being skimpy with it.
Eltana has the best bagels in Seattle. Macrina is good particularly if you want sourdough and/or no sugar added bagels, but Eltana is the overall best. Get the sesame white bagel before it sells out. It's crispy, chewy, and just a little sweet.
Everything Bagel sandwich with eggs and sausage - the bagel itself was the highlight of the sandwich - which a smoky flavor I’ve never tasted before. I wish the cheese was cheddar and not mozzarella and it would have been a 5 star dish!
Great bagels, but frustratingly inconsistent. While the bagels themselves are usually quite good and there’s a delicious selection of cream cheeses, the prepared stuff is iffy.
For example:
- At over $5 for a bagel with red pepper cream cheese, I’d expect more than a scraping of cream cheese (see photo)
- The bagels themselves taste great, but occasionally have huge holes which cause any sandwich toppings to fall right through
- The egg in the egg sandwich was a bit bland and not griddle fried.
