Ezell's Famous Chicken

I am still training the staff on what it means when someone orders “crispy fries”. It would be nice if management would help on this training. Nothing worse than spending $12.00 on a cheat day meal and getting soggy floppy fries even when I ask for “crispy fries”. I know better than to not check when they hand me the bag. A work in progress, but the tenders slap as usual!

3 stars is about right! I ordered the 1lb chicken tenders (half spicy and half regular). I asked how many pieces came with the order and the guy said 11-13 depending on size. We got about 6-7 pieces. The chicken was okay. The rolls were pretty good the potato’s, were bland.
Short story on the desert we ordered was that it wasn’t in the bag so I went back and said they forgot our desert. They came out with the desert and I found my receipt and he never charged us, so I declined to take it, even though I could have. I won’t be going back. Too busy, not that great.

I've only had good experiences so far with this new location. I ordered a four piece spicy chicken meal with a couple rolls. The chicken was extra crispy and had some nice heat to it, and it was extra delicious when you put some in a roll like a little sandwich. When I heard that Ezell's would be coming to West Seattle I got so excited, and I haven't been disappointed. Will definitely be returning for more!

We got a 3 piece tenders and a bone in meal, both half n half. I think we got 1 ‘spicy’ piece. It had a little more flavor. Sides were bbq beans, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. Potato salad was our favorite of the three. We enjoyed the crispness of the chicken.
