Delicious! We reserved Hi Helen to try the BEC, SEC, and PB&J toaster strudel. Everything was excellent. The BEC was my favorite with the slight bacon adding to the poppy seeds crunch! But the sweet was my partners favorite describing it as "a bit visionary". 10/10 will come back for more.

I'd seen a lot of hype for Hi Helen on instagram and finally got a chance to check it out today. Ordering/pick up was super easy. I feel like this is one of those places you can tell the attention to detail/care. The breakfast sandwich was well balanced. The PB&J strudel was not overly sweet - the jam was just the right bit of sweet/tart to pair with peanut butter. The magic brownie -YEESH. I usually make brownies at home because I never like the store bought and this was DELICIOUS. And the portions - I really feel like I got a lot of food for the price. I drove all the way from Greenwood to SODO and it was definitely worth it.

Having had multiple breakfast sandwiches from here, and several desserts, I can say with confidence that this is one of the best places to get breakfast in Seattle. Everything has been excellent and the quality is consistently amazing. I grew up in the New York City area and can say that these are as good as any bacon egg and cheese sandwich you can get there. The rotating dessert menu has provided some really great things so far, such as a great olive oil cake, a delicious toaster strudel, and just a solid slice of iced chocolate loaf cake. The Miso bourbon chocolate chip cookies were surprisingly tasty as well. It's worth trying to get a pre-order in on Wednesdays in order to pick this up on the weekends. Do it!

Awesome bacon egg and cheese, takes me back to my Manhattan bodega days. Just enough refinement to push it over the top. Don't forget the pastries!

In addition to the fabulous breakfast sandwiches they have out of this world baked goods, rotating weekly I believe. I was lucky enough to try their toaster strudel - it was incredible!! And the nicest owner to boot, truly goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and taken care of. I can’t say enough good things!
