    Went here with my mom and loved it! Cute, cozy place with pleasant servers. I loved the grilled calamari, and my mom enjoyed her sashimi dinner. Everything was fresh, and we both loved the complimentary cucumber salad appetizer.

    When I am asked what is my favorite restaurant in Seattle, Jae's is always my response. Not only do they make my all time favorite dish Sichuan Chicken the best I've ever tasted, but they have the best sushi and best owner in the restaurant business. I last visited and enjoyed wonderful maki and nigiri sushi song with a nice sake. If you go eat at the bar, talk with the sushi chefs and local patrons you'll enjoy it.

    Great neighborhood sushi spot. Fantastic staff and atmosphere. Quality fish and not a lot of flash, just good service.

    This place is a hidden gem. Had great spring rolls and then a ton of nigiri and a few rolls. The nigiri sampler was very well crafted and extremely delicious. 10/10
