(March 13, 2020, 11:15 pm)Really authentic, delicious Mexican food, come here regularly for lunch. I love the enchiladas, and Jalisco's has a good variety besides a regular red sauce. Try the chipotle enchilada!

(July 2, 2016, 8:43 pm)Found the restaurant when leaving the Boeing museum of flight. Wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant, friendly staff, festive atmosphere, and amazing food. The menu is expansive and there is "Something for everyone" here. The refried beans are perfect, thick and flavorful. The steak in the quesadillas was tender, juicy and had a great flavor. The rice was also fluffy and seasoned well.
