Jersey Mike's Subs

The sandwiches are great here and I would give them 5 stars but the service was not up to the same standard that I expected.

My sandwich was made by a new employee, which turned out great. However all of the other employees seemed too busy to help this poor girl struggling with making the order. Guess they were to swamped with online orders. I think they need better training at this one as there were probably 8 employees plus a manger in there.

Great sub. Lots of employees being trained. Good vibes in store. Will visit again in about 3 months to see if I get the great experience again. Your sandwich actually looks like the menu item. Great job.

So. Freaking. Happy. My favorite sandwhich shop by far. I got to go only got to go occasionally because the locations are far from where i live. Now that there is one here on Aurora, i may need an intervention in the coming months! So glad to have you nearby!

I was super excited that instead of the sandwich shop that was here that a Jersey Mike's was moving in. I went in tonight to see what the new place was like because I love the subs at Jersey Mike's and this place is not far from my home. The sandwich was great as expected But while I was in line waiting to place my order a female employee stood in line behind me and the guy skipped me and started helping her and making her sandwich. She asked me if I had already placed my order and I said no I was wondering why he was skipping me and making your sandwich 1st. He looked up and replied sorry I was focusing on " baby", I don't know if that's her nickname or because he found her attractive. So I told her she could get in front of me so it would not be more confusing. I hope the customer service is not lacking here or I will have to skip this store and continue going to the Jersey Mikes by Costco in shoreline when I am around there, bummer since this store is so near my house.
