La Rustica

It's trying to be a 5 star place, and is expensive, but it's more show than go. I had the gnocchi, which I thought was pasty, a friend had the veal covered shrimp and another had the leg of lamb. The lamb had great initial flavor but then melted into a monotone, no complexity. The shrimp were unremarkable. The cocktails were awesome and the service was good. In the end I would try someplace else before giving this a second try.

Very cute little restaurant. Unfortunately the food was not as good as I was hoping, there are better similarly priced spots in West Seattle. The bread is amazing though!

Excellent service. Awesome atmosphere. Food was sensational. Couldn’t fault a thing. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening out at La Rustica. Do recommend!!

Charming and authentically Italian with an excellent wine selection and delicious pasta! Their servers are also extremely friendly and I really appreciated that even though it's a tiny restaurant with only a very few tables, they were perfectly conscientious of not rushing you through your meal to turn over tables. The courses are brought out slowly and they are attentive but not hovering, allowing you to linger, digest and share your food and enjoy your experience!

Dining at La Rustica is a family affair. The staff all perform as though they part of the family. Even if this is your first visit, you will be made to feel at home. Every item we've tried including apps, salads, entrees and desert were outstanding. Save room for the Spumoni, it's different and delicious.
