Everything is fabulous, and the people are knowledgeable and friendly. A prefect neighbor market with delicious homemade food
My favorite little local cafe. The employees are just the best! Ive been going here for almost 2 years and I don't know what I would do without it!
I understand the hype surrounding Little Lago. It's a wonderful neighborhood grocery store with a deli and hot food section that impresses. I visited on a Saturday afternoon a there were a few people eating in the store. There is a grocery section as well as a cold case and an ice cream case. I ended up getting the pasta salad to go along with a chocolate chip cookie and a seasonal pumpkin crumb cake. The pasta salad and cookie were good but the pumpkin crumb cake was out of this world. It was very much like a pumpkin pie with crumb cake on top. The cake is enough to warrant a visit because it was so good. I hope to return soon and try more of their offerings.
Heck yeah! I drive past this place on the way to work then someone mentioned it and I went the next day off that I had. It's a grocer too! Small amount of Italian goods (I was looking for truffle salt) but great sandwiches, coffee/drinks and all sorts of goodies. I need to try the pizza next. You can buy toilet paper here too which I find weird but appropriate given the location.
I ordered the veggie pizza, which was huge and a great deal. I was still eating from it the next day. Coworkers got everything from salads to sandwiches, and everyone reported the food was delicious. The veggies on my pizza were very fresh, and it had a healthy topping of goat cheese - my favorite! We also ordered some desserts to share, and extra salads which we ended up enjoying for breakfast the next morning. I know I will definitely return to this place during my Seattle travels, I've got to try their meatball sandwich.
