Masala of India Cuisine

This place has the best vegetarian options. The saag aloo and malaki kofta are amazing.

The spice levels are a bit inconsistent depending on who the chef is. The curries are all delicious regardless of how spicy they are. Always get myself a mango lassi to keep my stomach cooled.

Upon entering we was greeted promptly with a stylish theme and open bar.

Buffet is from 11-3 with a simple menu of Masala, select curry, and tandoori chicken.

In comparison to other regional Indian restaurants; I found some items to be lacking. Particularly the well known butter chicken was less than impressive for this first time visit. It was watery and not held up as a fine sauce as it was known for.

The wait staff appearance was up the par; however very much needed customer service sharpening.

First at buffet. Was pleasantly surprised by the inviting atmosphere, the friendly service and amazing food. The only thing I would recommend is to have details on what I'm eating, since some are vegetarian
And some are not (just for those who are 1. Trying Indian cuisine out for the first time and 2. Vegetarians who are afraid they may be eating a meat dish) all in all... I would highly recommend
