No menu. Dinner full of delightful surprises with multiple courses. The staff is so friendly and treats you like family. You can say you don't like a particular dish and they will simply serve you another one. Such a fun experience! And great price too!!
Pasta Freska provides a paced and flavorful experience in the form of classic Italian cuisine. Everything from the mussels, to the beef, to the eggplant, and the composite dessert plate is absolutely incredible. If you’re wanting to spend some time while sipping on house selected wine as Mike (owner/ chef) and his team dispatch mini entrees to your table at a regular cadence, then the Pasta Freska Ristorante is most definitely worth a visit.
Very interesting concept. We walked into the restaurant hoping to be offered a menu. Instead the owner/chef asked us what we do not like. Note they asked us what we do not like. They offered us some wine which was also the chef's choice based on what kind of wine you like. The wine was followed by a 4 course meal and great dessert. There is also a great singer, Miranda who is a trained Opera singer but was happy to sing "rain rain go away for our baby girl". The experience was a little confusing to begin with because we were not sure what to expect and aren't the experimenting type. However,it ended up being a great experience. Total damage was $115 including tips for service and the singer.
The service is so amazing and the food is delightfully surprising. You can never expect how incredible something is! An amazing experience and highly recommended!
I came here for the first time a few years ago and it was fantastic. I just came here again for my one year anniversary and it was just as good as the first time..
5 courses and each was phenomenal. The service was 5 star too, everyone was involved and the place had a vibe that love.
This place is one of the best gems in Seattle.
