    Amazing vegetables & tofu pho with vegetable broth. The perfectly fried and tasty tofu adds an incredible sweet and umami depth to the fragrant vegetable broth. Vegetables are fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked (still with a bite, and their vibrant colors). I would advise against adding hoisin or even sriracha in order to get the full effect. A small amount of chili/garlic oil/paste for an additional layer of flavor and a bit of heat, as desired, and your tastebuds are in for a real trip.

    Best Bahn Mi sandwich I've ever had. Along with the Thai tea it was a nice break from the sun.
