RoRo BBQ

This BBQ joint on Stone Way has persevered despite the gentrification of the surrounding neighborhood. Nestled in between newer condos it has held on to its homey atmosphere and good menu. I usually get the BBQ plate (choice of meats plus fries or two sides and sauce on the side, the way it should be). You can get either two or three meats or portabello mushrooms, but the amounts are huge so two will suffice for most. I especially recommend the smoked pastrami, it has a great taste and texture different from most meats.

During the current pandemic they're offering takeout only, but the wait is just 5-10 minutes, and the meals are worth it. Check it out next time you're in the area.

The food was fantastic and the service was super fine, but professional too! I'm going to tell you why it is such a busy place! This spot I love! Clean at all hours, and easy service. I was never in a position for self-service bubble tea. A year later, we are back in Seattle and we are back in Storyville! It's strongly advised.

Tasty BBQ! Flavorful and well seasoned, without being overpowering. They have a range of sauce options from tangy and smokey to hot. The usual sides and a few less usual, all also excellent. Their desserts weren't to my liking but that may be just my preferences.
