Wait time was crazy, for a simple to-go order we ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The food was really good but value for money would probably be 4/5, it ended up being about $40 for a two-person breakfast. The gravy was really good and the egg was well seasoned. The customer service was mediocre.

Yummy biscuits and cool rustic interior. We ordered the "Willie Lee" and "Amy Lees Cousin". They were almost identical, except the Willie Lee has bacon and the Amy Lee has mustard. Both were good - rich, but not overly dense. The mustard on the Amy Lee was a bit overpowering, but otherwise good. The music and vibe were chic, rustic, and lively. Also, it's 1 min walking from the 40 bus stop, so convenient location. I recommend checking these guys out!

We decided to check out Seattle Biscuit Company for breakfast this morning and was NOT disappointed. Very quick service! Had the Big Al's and it was fabulous! Tall and light biscuit, gravy seasoned wonderfully with the perfect egg on top. Yes it was warm inside with the ovens going but worth it. Only draw back was the music was too loud to hold a conversation.

Cozy interior and phenomenal biscuit. Very generous portions on our sandwiches. The meat was great, would like to try a sweeter option next time. Will definitely return!

I spent three hours at the Brown Bear Car Wash this morning waxing my car. I noticed this nondescript white bldg next door with "Seattle Biscuit Company" painted in blue letters above the door. I woke up with biscuits on the brain this morning, so I slid in there to see if I could find a little biscuit and gravy action. Nope. No little anything. But, the top thing on the menu was Gus. Gus is two perfectly fried chicken breasts, a fried egg, dill pickles, and mustard gravy on the most phenomenal biscuit. What a delicious dare. I accepted the challenge and ate the whole thing. I love good food. I love big food. This is good big food. Great big great food. Authentic Southern cuisine, with grits and greens and mac and cheese...if you have room. Gus, welcome to Smokey's Food Hall Of Fame.
