Seattle Cider Company

I have been making cider at my home orchard for a number of years and have been so close to starting a cider company as all the cider on the market is back-sweatened and flavored and fake. Why should apple cider taste like lavender or dandelion? Why??
I came across the DRY cider from Seattle Cider Company and it is very close to the cider I make myself as my favorite batch! I prefer dry and heavily carbonated and a little more tart - I add sugar to up the alcohol and tartness/carbonation as well. Think Apple cider Champagne. This is good stuff. Not that it should matter to anyone but, I approve and plan to only purchase the DRY variant once I drink all of my 'favorite' batch. Thanks for doing this guys!

First time here at Two Beers Brewery and Seattle Cider, great place! Excellent choice of beers and Cider. Yummy food... Nacho's and Gnocchi fries!

Over 6 years ago, I came to visit Seattle. I found this building near by where I was, and I went in with my brother. It was wonderful people and cider. After moving to Washington 5 years ago, I have happily enjoyed their cider. Today, amidst politics and pandemics, I've been relaxing with another cider. It was a gift. Thank you! It tastes like a sun-kissed beach after a cool walk in the woods. Delicious.

Didn't know what to expect from the outside, but what a great spot. Plenty of great food choices, and too many ciders to sample them all. Fun atmosphere, was a great way to enjoy spending time with friends.

Seattle Cider is one of our favorite places. It is dog friendly, has really great food, great dry cider with new flavors every couple weeks and bar/board games. The food line take 20min to order but could be fixed if they added one more food runner or cashier.
