Everything about this meal blew me away. I brought a chef friend who knows food and both of us were floored by every single bite, and the service was impeccable. Put this on your Seattle bucket list. Or don't, but it's your loss. They have nailed everything about what a mind-blowing dinner should be.
One of the best sushi experiences I have had in the US. We had the omakase. Staff was Japanese, attentive, good service. Not cheap, but won’t break the bank either, and who really wants cheap sushi, unless you are getting a California roll or volcano roll, etc. Great experience and would definitely go again and recommend to my friends. The sushi was great, melt in your mouth, and flavorful. My only issue would have been the bathroom situation but not that big of a deal, just a shared bathroom with other restaurants and it was decently clean. I would recommend getting reservations, there was a line when we arrived and left. (We had reservations)
Being by the coast, I knew I had to eat sushi before I left to go back home. ITS SO FRESH. Worth the hour wait. Worth every penny. Best sushi we’ve ever had!
The taste is very good and the sea foods are very fresh. Recommend for those who want to try authentic Japanese taste in Seattle. Reservation before going is recommended for tables, if you want to est at the sushi bar, make sure to come early and prepare for waiting. Generally a five-star for the good quality and service.
Great sushi, and unique experience. The sushi chefs rush the experience, though. If you're like me and enjoy dinner with conversation, it's best to sit at a table, not the sushi bar, so you can avoid the glares from the chefs. The place is very small and there's always a wait. Get there at least half hour before they open to put your name in. 3 stars for the tasty food, otherwise, a pretty stressful way to dine. I like to relax and enjoy my time if I'm paying $200 for sushi.
