Silver Cloud Hotel - University District

Super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They even called my room after I got in to make sure everything was in order. The room wad very clean, neat and smelled fresh. It also had everything needed for a weekend stay.

The management at this Hotel is responsive and attentive. I appreciate their concern for customer satisfaction and ensuring that my experience staying with them is enjoyable and efficient. The bar is a lovely place to meet and work, and the drink offerings and service are excellent!

This place was great. Completely renovated and modern, super clean with a staff that exceeds expectations! Located near UW campus and U Village shopping. Nearby restaurants and bus line. I loved this hidden jewel. 10 minutes from downtown Seattle!

Needing to stay one...maybe two nights. Hotel was easily found and really easy to get into and out of. Generous clean lobby. Pleasant staff for check-in. Elevators were easy to find and die to the hotels simple layout, the room was easy to find as well. Room was spacious and comforting. Two queen beds weren't enough to make it feel cramped. Would recommend and would stay again. One drawback which is nothing the hotel can fix is no good views of the city even from the top floor. That has nothing to do with my star rating though. Just thought I'd mention it.

Walking into the main lobby you are amazed at how nice it is. Everyone is friendly and professional. You get your room key and as you leave the lobby you feel like you are now in a 30 year old motel 6. The room is good size. But everything looks dated. Shower had good water pressure.

Breakfast was good. Wish there was a waffle maker as that’s what the kids were hoping for.

My only complaint about the hotel/staff is one of the van drivers was driving way way way to fast in the parking lot.

I will stay here again if we are in the area.

One of my children was in children’s hospital and this place gave me a great deal. So I am thankful for that.
