Skillet Counter - Seattle Center

The cashier was super awesome. She was helpful and answered all of our questions. The wait for food was not very long considering how busy they were. Then everything took a wrong turn. My son ordered chicken and waffles. He said there was something weird on his plate (legit looked like bacon and I thought he lost his mind because….bacon). After looking at it we realized it was a used band aid that came out of the fryer 🤮. I took his plate back to the cashier and she also thought it was bacon and looked at me like I lost my mind. I explained to her that it was a used band aid and she looked at it closer. She was very apologetic and immediately was going to start a new meal. I explained to her that all of our food would have come out of that fryer and we were not interested in eating it or having a new plate made. I am giving a 3 star only because she was awesome and did everything she could to make the situation right.

This was not meant as a negative review (it was truly meant to highlight your awesome staff). Again, thank you so much for the response and quick actions to make the situation right. Ate here randomly just because of its close proximity to the Space Needle and the MoPop Museum. Was not expecting what I got....one the best and juiciest burgers I've ever had in my entire life. I cannot recommend this place enough. 100% will eat here every time I come to Seattle.

We both enjoyed the flavor on the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Just the right amount of heat that didn’t diminish the flavor of the rest of the meal.
