Spice Room is a great little spot with awsome food at really nice prices and the staff is always polite and friendly. My favorite dish is the Swimming Rama with chicken at a spicy level 1 or 2 which is great if you like peanut sauce!!! Make sure to order a side of rice as this dish does not come with it.
Ordered the pepper chicken. Meal does not include rice. Service was a little slow as were not greeted as we entered. Took about 5 minutes before the server acknowledged us. Took longer to get the order then I would have expected since the place was not busy. Food was worth the wait, although the top layer of chicken was cold by the time I took the first bite.
I go here a lot. Still have not exhausted the menu, and every new dish I try is good. My favorite is a curried chicken noodle dish with a funny name I can never remember, at the bottom of the page.
Sunday evening. Restaurant was maybe half full. Service was slow. There was only one woman waiting tables. She was working hard, but there was a lot for her to keep up with. But the food was good. I had the drunken noodles with chicken. It has just the right amount of seasoning. They have a 1 - 4 spiciness scale. I ordered the two. There was detectable heat, but it wasn't hot. My wife likes did a bit spicier. She ordered the Pad Thai with 3 spiciness. She also said the heat was just right. I would definitely go back and try a different night.
