It's a Taco Time. They sell "Mexi-Fries", which are really just tater-tots with extra seasoning... but it's a solid, easy choice if you're craving some white-people burritos with a bit better food quality than Taco Bell.
This location isn't in a very good location, it's easy to miss from the driver's seat on Lake City Way. I've tried to go there for lunchbreaks from work and find it difficult to tell whether they're open or not (they could benefit from a big neon sign); on my last (drive-through) visit I ordered two fish tacos, and got two of some totally different menu item. I didn't complain, but I was the only drive-through, and the empty parking lot makes me think they probably weren't swamped with other customers.
