The Shambles

High-class restaurant in the area! Last Saturday, my co-workers and I came here to taste your bestseller dishes. We were so surprised when the staff served the dishes immediately. We really like the service because it was so fast. You keep it up, guys! I should strongly recommend you to all of my friends! Cheers!

A local treasure. Their passion for beers, meats, spirits, cheese, and pickled anything is readily apparent and impressive. I could as easily drop $100 on a decadent splurge as I could come in for a $30 dinner and still leave tipsy and full. I could go on, but I won't: just go.

I was blown away by this place. If you enjoy getting to intimately know a menu, The Shambles is a perfect place to embark upon next. Everything I've had so far the menu has been excellent and I look forward to my next few trips to try out more dishes and drinks. This is one of the few places that will take me away from my usual haunts around Seattle since it's a bit farther off the beaten path but the trip every time has been oh so worth it.

I've been a couple times and the food is always amazing! However, the wait time has always been at least twice as long as stated by the hostess and food comes out slowly. I expect sitting at the bar by yourself or as a party of two would be a much more expedited experience. If you're going with a group of 4 or more expect to be there for a while. Even so, the food is so good that I recomend this place to friends regularly. I also love the seasonal menu and knowing where the proteins are coming from- a great north Seattle gem!

I don't know how I lived without this place before. The food is so good I feel like I'm just remembering a dream and it wasn't real. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would.
