The breakfast croissants are so light and flakey. They melt in your mouth. Great coffee also.

Simple soup, salads and sandwiches with coffee and bakery. Very friendly owners. Not perfect and a little expensive, but so great for just being different from all the other ubiquitous coffee places in the area.

At 2pm on a Monday. After 25 miles bicycle ride ???? we stopped for a Light lunch. We split a Chicken Curry sandwich on sourdough and a cup of Beef & Barley soup and I
My friend ordered a Dopio Coffee. I am not a sandwich guy, BUT I Love the Chicken Curry ????the Bakery is Really clean, the service was top shelf, unisex bathrooms. Seating outside on a sunny afternoon ????. Parking is on the streets.

This is a great no-frills place for coffee and food!

In my (our) experience, we originally went to the shoppe across the way since my mate likes their chocolate varieties. I was on the hunt for cold-brew, and the guy over there quickly responded 'no' to that option. We were also hungry but there weren't much options there.
We decided to wander back over to the Urban Bakery, and I inquired again about cold brew.
They didn't have it either, but what stood out about this instance, was that the girl actually offered an alternative with an iced Americano! I agreed to that option, and added a shot. My partner then decided to order a half-sammich and I went with the avocado toast. The girl handed me a plain slab of toast with avocado, and pointed me to the myriad of seasonings available for me to decorate my toast! Thankfully I have had seasoned avocado toast before, so I happily seasoned it to the best of my memory (and now I know what the other place uses!) I am so happy we came here, especially after making eye contact with the girl as we passed by the first time ???? This place is great! There are so many food options too, I am very impressed.

Good coffee shop for coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and soup. Nice laid back vibe typical of Seattle. Across the street from. Greenlake. Nice, friendly staff. Limited outdoor seating, but a good amount of indoor seating.
