Hands down best chicken and waffles in Seattle. Because of the chicken and breading.
Service is great. Music is great. You will miss out if you don’t try the hashbrowns. Made with real butter and delicious.

Cool place to meet and catch up with coworkers. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. Prices are fair I would say.

Overall I did enjoy my time here, the server was excellent, and the interior style of the restaurant was unique, warm and smokey.
The reason for the three star is there were several details within the dishes that lessen them significantly for me.
I had the fried chicken sandwich, and it tasted very assembled. The fried chicken with the sauce was great, but the different ingredients within the sandwich didn't really flow together, they were separate tastes.
The other thing that lessened the sandwich was the bread wasn't toasted at all whatsoever, so it had a kind of mealy texture with the fried chicken.
Similarly, with the mac and cheese, it was definitely good, but lacked a good crunchy texture that mac in my opinion, should have.
